Fischer Chase Anderson

Fischer was a 16 year old, transgender, outgoing, musical, athlete who was a good friend to many.  We lost Fischer to suicide on January 11th, 2016. We will always miss him.  In honor of his life, and a way to remember him, the Fischer Anderson Scholarship was developed and began in 2020.  Each spring, it is awarded to a Central High School senior. Our wish is that this scholarship will raise awareness of transgender struggles, depression, and suicide prevention and also keep the memory of Fischer alive.
